Denver Relo Guide

Privacy policy

Updated October 1, 2026

The short version: the only personal information I collect is what you type into a form on this site. I use it to answer you. I don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone else for marketing.

Who runs this site

Denver Relo Guide is published by Patrick Laurienti, a licensed Colorado real estate broker with LHT Group. You can reach me at 720-685-6233 or Patrick@lhtgroupre.com.

What I collect

If you fill out a form on this site, I receive what you entered — typically your first name and email address, and your phone number if you chose to give one. Nothing else on this site asks for personal information.

Like nearly every website, the company that hosts this site records standard technical information when a page loads, such as IP address, browser type, and which page was requested. That's part of how web hosting works, and I don't use it to identify anyone.

What I do with it

I use your name, email, and phone number to send you what you asked for and to follow up personally about buying or selling a home. If you asked a question, I answer it. That's the whole purpose.

I don't sell your information. I don't rent it. I don't trade it to lenders, title companies, home warranty outfits, or any other vendor. If I ever refer you to someone, like a lender, that's a conversation we have first.

Who else touches it

  • Netlify hosts this site and processes form submissions before they reach my email.
  • Google Workspace hosts my email, so anything you send me lives in my inbox.
  • Google Fonts serves the typefaces on these pages, which means Google's servers see a request from your browser when a page loads.
  • YouTube videos on this site load only after you click play. Until you click, YouTube isn't contacted and sets nothing on your device.

If that list changes — for example if I add website analytics later — I'll update this page and the date at the top.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't set advertising cookies and doesn't run ad-network tracking pixels. If you click play on a video, YouTube may set its own cookies at that point, under Google's privacy policy rather than mine.

How long I keep it

I keep contact information as long as I'm working with you or you want to hear from me, and in my business records afterward as required for real estate transactions. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

Your choices

Email me at Patrick@lhtgroupre.com and I'll do any of these, no explanation needed:

  • Tell you what I have about you
  • Correct it
  • Delete it
  • Stop contacting you

Any marketing email I send also has an unsubscribe link, and replying "stop" to a text works too.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Fair housing

I follow federal and Colorado fair housing law. I don't ask about, record, or make recommendations based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, ancestry, creed, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran or military status, or source of income. If a form on this site ever asks you something that seems to cross that line, tell me and I'll fix it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes here with a new date at the top.
